Shipping Policy

Aura Labs currently ships Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping — $10

• Express Shipping — $15

Shipping costs are fixed and applied at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are outside of our control.

Aura Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
