Where are you based?

Aura Labs is based in Melbourne, Victoria, and we ship Australia-wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free Express Shipping anywhere within Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

If paying via bank deposit, please ensure your payment details are entered correctly.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders that remain unpaid after this time may be cancelled.

How should I store my peptides?

Storage requirements may vary depending on the product.

For long-term storage, most peptides are generally stored at -20°C.

For short-term storage after receipt, they are generally stored between 2°C and 8°C in a refrigerator.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
